Nowadays life has become so fast, we do not have enough time to look at ourselves mainly towards our health. Due to heavy workload we feel stressed and tiered but since we do not have much time to relax ourselves our body starts giving up. So health is the major concern and we do not have to ignore it to live a healthy and stressed free life.

For living a healthy and stressed free life we can train our body through meditation and regular exercises, we can maintain proper sleeping routine to re-energize our body for new tasks and we can also develop proper eating routine so that our body can get vital nutrients. But because in offices and work fields we do not get enough time to relax our body so we can try this 5 minute relaxation technique to re-energize ourselves. This relaxation technique is quiet easy and will surely relax your body so you can work effectively and give your 100 percent in work field. Below are the simple steps that you can follow to relax your body:

1. Get Into A Room:

First thing get into a room and make sure there is nobody in the room. If you are in office where is no privacy then leave this and next step and move forward to third step.

2. Dim The Lights Of The Room:

Dim the lights of the room so that you can feel more relax but not fully switch off the light otherwise you might sleep while relaxing yourself.

3. Sit In A Comfortable Position:

Now take a chair and sit in a proper position. Put you head on head rest and your arms on armrests and make yourself comfortable on chair.

4. Close Your Eyes:

Then close your eyes, closing eye is very important because eyes are the most active parts of our body so relaxing them is very important.

5. Take Deep Breaths:

Now from here our relaxation technique actually starts. Take deep breaths, inhale deeply and exhale calmly, do this for one or two minutes to calm your body.

6. Remove Every Negative And Non-Required Thoughts From Your Mind:

Remove any negative thoughts or the thoughts that make you feel more stressed from your mind.

7. Start Thinking Process:

Now with your every breath (inhale and exhale) start thinking that your body is getting relaxed. Start from your fingers, think in your mind that your feet fingers are getting relaxed then move to upper body parts with every inhale and exhale like my forearms are getting relaxed, now my complete arms are getting relaxed and then finally move to the facial muscles, think my facial muscles are getting relaxed. Feeling this will actually relax your body.

8. Extreme Thinking Process:

Now after you feel your body is relaxed then think that your body is getting lighter and lighter, feel that you are floating in air or something like that.

9. Use Your Imagination Power To Relax Yourself:

Now imagine in your mind that you are sitting in a park, there is cloudy weather, wind is blowing etc. Actually try to feel the wind. Then see a scenery type view in front of you for eg. There's a sea in front of you and some mountains are also there. Then try to go there, now imagine there are stairs that are going down into the sea. Then start going down the stairs and feel the water around your feet. With every step you take you start going deeper and deeper into the sea. Now try to see a light or a lamp that is glowing at the bottom of the sea, then start swimming to reach there.

After reaching there imagine that there are three boxes and all of them are closed, go there and open the first one look into it and say to yourself "i am leaving all my stresses and tensions into it" and then close the box. Now open the second one and say to yourself "i would feel relaxed every time i come here". Now open the third one and make any resolution that you want and close it.

Now slowly start swimming back towards the stairs, after you reach the stairs simply walk up the stairs and come out of the sea.

10. Waking Up:

Now start reverse counting from 10 to 1 and slowly open your eyes. Now you feel that your body is relaxed.
